After enjoying a large order book, a constant flow of business and healthy financial turnover, this family business recognised that they would benefit from an experienced external advisor to move the business forward. Support has included:

  • Developing a 3-year strategy and a succession plan for the business.
  • Conducting a review of its supply chain costs, agreeing better terms and securing discounts on raw materials.
  • Appointing an R&D specialist so the company could gain maximum benefit for its entitlement to R&D tax credits.
  • Started the process of rebranding the business (as it doesn’t reflect the markets in which it operates) so that it can have clearer marketing communication with each new sectors and audiences.
